Thai Massage
Thai massage is a unique form of body therapy dating back thousands of years. The treatment incorporates elements of Yoga, ‘Sen Line’ stimulation (energy meridians) and acupressure in gentle, rhythmic movements to create a unique therapeutic massage. It’s a great way to stretch tired muscles and helps prepare the body for another day on the mountain.
Antenatal Pilates/Yoga
Pilates and Yoga movements benefit the expectant mother through all trimesters of pregnancy by strengthening the pelvic floor and posture, improving circulation and breathing, and helping to alleviate many of the aches and pains which come from the changing body. After pregnancy, we also provide a safe exercise programme to enable you to regain your pre-pregnancy body, with a stronger core and improved posture to help with looking after your new little one.
Lymphatic Drainage
This is a delicate form of massage that stimulates the body’s lymphatic system, improving the metabolism, helping the body to eliminate waste and toxins and providing a boost to the immune system. Especially beneficial for those that suffer colds and flu. It also has great effects on skin, cellulite and those with low energy.
