Pilates Matwork Course

5 Day Intensive Course 1500 CHF

This 5 day course covers pilates history, theory, and the basic pilates matwork exercises according to the classical method with some new variations. Students are taught cueing techniques to enhance their teaching as well as specific programmes for antenatal, specific sports groups, elderly, and rehabilitation populations. This course includes theory, practical instruction, case studies and a written and practical examination. Certification is given upon successful completion of examination.

Pilates Equipment Course

14 Day Intensive Course 3500 CHF

This 14 day course covers pilates history, theory and pilates exercises on the cadillac, reformer, and wunda chair. Students are taught variations and specific programmes for sports populations, rehabilitation of back pain and common sports injuries related to poor alignment, and antenatal precautions/ variations. This course is highly practical based but also includes case studies, shadowing, and theory. Certification is given upon successful completion of a written and practical exam.
