Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasises the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.
Astanga Yoga
The Astanga Vinyasa system fuses breath and a set sequence of postures (asanas) in a powerful practice which develops strength, flexibility and awareness as well as detoxifying the system. Practiced regularly and with consistency, Astanga calms the mind enabling you to better cope with the stresses and strains of daily life.
Mummy and Me
A fun class using your little one for added weight and challenge throughout this combined yoga/pilates class.
Antenatal
A gentle but effective combination of yoga and pilates for pre- and post-natal.
Classes are safe and effective for everyone. View our class timetable for days and times and contact us to pre-book your space in the class.
Personal Training
For your fitness needs off the mountain, why not try a personal training session either in our studio or in the comfort of your chalet. Our personal trainers will provide all the equipment needed to give you an intense 1 hour combo of strength training and cardio.
Private classes
Private and Small Group Classes in Your Chalet

Chilali offer pilates, yoga, and personal training conveniently to your chalet. Sessions are usually 1 hour and can be done privately or in small groups (maximum 8 people).
Chilali 1hr Pilates / Skilates / Yoga classes are offered at our Studio in Le Chaplon on Chemin de Vernes

Please note: Prebook by text, email or call as classes do not run if we do not have enough people.
Latecomers
Please ensure that you arrive on time for your class, as latecomers may not be admitted.
Health
If you are pregnant, suffer from very high blood pressure, chronic heart disease, retinal problems, epilepsy, have a joint replacement or have recently undergone any major surgery, please consult your doctor prior to booking classes.
Please inform the teacher, prior to the start of the class, if you suffer from any injuries, medical conditions or begin taking any medication.
Security
While we take every precaution possible, Chilali will not be held responsible for your personal belongings while on our premises or those of the Sports Center.
“Introduce a friend” Scheme
You are entitled to a FREE class if you introduce a friend and they book a 10 block class. To redeem your free class, your friend must mention your name at the time of booking.
