Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.

Pilates can improve performance tremendously. It increases awareness and strength of the deep core muscles through functional, training movements. The discipline can both rehabilitate spinal problems and improve balance and athletic functioning. In addition to improving performance, Pilates can help disc and other spine related problems as it improves the alignment of the body aiding knee, shoulder and hip injuries.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that teaches one to relax the body and mind, reduce stress, and improve the function of the inner organs and build up muscles. The yoga postures work to improve flexibility, balance and strength with a strong emphasis on breathing technique.

Personal Training

For your fitness needs off the mountain, why not try a personal training session either in our studio or in the comfort of your chalet. Our personal trainers will provide all the equipment needed to give you an intense 1 hour combo of strength training and cardio.

Private classes

Private and Small Group Classes in Your Chalet

Chilali offer pilates, yoga, and personal training conveniently to your chalet. Sessions are usually 1 hour and can be done privately or in small groups (maximum 8 people).

Chilali 1hr Pilates / Skilates / Yoga classes are offered at Le Chaplon on Chemin de Vernes

Latecomers

Please ensure that you arrive on time for your class, as latecomers may not be admitted.

Block Booking

We offer prepaid, 5 class, block-bookings.

Health

If you are pregnant, suffer from very high blood pressure, chronic heart disease, retinal problems, epilepsy, have a joint replacement or have recently undergone any major surgery, please consult your doctor prior to booking classes.

Please inform the teacher, prior to the start of the class, if you suffer from any injuries, medical conditions or begin taking any medication.

Security

While we take every precaution possible, Chilali will not be held responsible for your personal belongings while on the premises of the Sports Center.

“Introduce a friend” Scheme

You are entitled to a FREE class if you introduce a friend and they book a 10 block class. To redeem your free class, your friend must mention your name at the time of booking.
